Opening Hours

Exhibition Opening Hours:

Wednesday, 5 March, 09:00 – 16:00
Thursday, 6 March: 09:00 – 15:30

Exhibitors have access to the exhibition area one hour prior to opening and 30 minutes after closing.

Building and Dismantling Hours

Moving In:

Tuesday, 4 March: 07:00 – 22:00
Wednesday, 5 March: 07:00 – 09:00

Moving Out:

Thursday, 6 March: 15:30 – 24:00
Friday, 7 March: 07:00 – 17:00

Please respect that moving out must not be started before the fair closes. Removal of materials left behind and residues after demolition and moving out will be charged.

Children on the Premises

For safety reasons, persons under the age of 16 may not be in the event halls during construction work or tear-down regardless of whether they are alone or accompanied by an adult. This is because our halls are considered to be a construction site during these times.

Height construction

Note It is not allowed to build stand constructions or hang signs above the height of 2,5 metres.

Orders for products and services in addition to the stand package, such as internet, furniture, profiling cloths, exhibitor cards, leadscan etc. are made via MyStand customer portal or service@novaspektrum.no.

Order in time and save money

For the best possible service from Stockholmsmässan and to be sure of getting the products and services you need – order well in advance. This will allow us to deliver services of a higher quality and will also save you money.

Orders received later than 3 February, 2025, are subject to a 25% surcharge on the price. The surcharge applies to all priced products in the online store.

The last date to order stand equipment at the lowest price, in addition to the booth equipment included in your package, is 3 February, 2025.

Service Centre and shop

The service center in Glassgaten will be open during the move-in period and on the first day of the fair. Here you can order additional equipment, request ordered services that have not been delivered, or shop things for the stand if you have forgotten something.
You will find the service center in Glassgaten before hall C, which is inside NOVA Spektrum.

Note! Plants and stand personnel must be ordered no later than 7 days before the event in order to have this delivered.

Access to the Exhibition Hall

Exhibitor badge

The exhibitor badges are only for use by staff working in the stand. It gives you access 1 hour before the fair opens and 30 minutes after closing time.
As these badges allow entrance to the halls during other times than the official ones, the badges must be treated like valuable documents. All staff working in the stand must be pre-registered.

Information on ordering exhibitor cards will be posted here later.

Work Pass

Temporary personnel, for example craftsmen only working during installation and dismantling, can pick up a work pass upon arriving. Work passes do not need to be ordered in advance.

Invite your guests

To avoid queues and get easy access to exhibition and seminars, visitor registration should be done before arrival at NOVA Spektrum.
